We believe that a rigid distinction between search and contingent recruitment can be unhelpful and we, therefore, take a flexible, and, we believe, more mature view of the traditional lines between search and other types of recruitment. The recruitment solutions we provide are:
Retained Search – usually appropriate for Partner search or large set-piece projects such as start-ups or significant ramp-ups.
Non-Retained Search – as Retained Search, but with no up-front fees: particularly appropriate for Associates or opportunistic Partner hiring.
Candidate Representation – representing candidates who are looking for a move at all levels from senior equity Partners to Associates and Assistant Solicitors: contingent recruitment.
In addition, we are able to advise across a wide range of areas of relevance to law firms, working in partnership with our law firm clients. We also can provide in-depth market reports.
