Darren Francis has worked with Hoar Marshall since 2006 having previously worked as both a lawyer and a business manager with a number of national and international law firms, including DLA Piper and Hammonds.
He carries out large set-piece Partner searches. In addition, he provides a range of complementary services, including market research and reporting, independent client interviews, and bid and tender management. These services can form the basis for strategic hiring decisions by law firms and also ensure that firms respond to developing markets and client-specific requirements.
