Kirsty graduated in Modern History from St Andrews University, and qualified as a solicitor with Eversheds in 1995. She moved into legal recruitment shortly after qualification, initially as a Consultant, and then, in 2000, as a Researcher for a Legal Executive Search firm.
She has extensive experience of researching both at Associate and, principally, at Partner level, and has a highly developed and in-depth market knowledge. Since joining Hoar Marshall in 2003, her principal area of focus has been on the high-end London legal market.
