Seamus is a highly experienced City headhunter focussing exclusively on private practice at the partner level. Over the past decade, from the inception of Hoar Marshall in 2001, which he co-founded, Seamus has undertaken strategic partner-level search assignments representing a broad range of leading law firm Clients – City, US, and international. Seamus’ search experience covers all areas of “City” practice. He has particular experience acting on behalf of major US law firms opening or expanding in London and Europe. Additionally, he represents partners and teams of partners looking to move within private practice both in the UK and US.
