Tim graduated in Law from Trinity College, Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in 1992. He was a solicitor with DLA and Hammonds before joining leading legal recruitment firm QD in 1995 where he was involved in several high profile moves and the start-up of a number of US firms in London.
Since co-founding Hoar Marshall in 2001, he has been involved in numerous senior-level moves, including "name" moves, many team moves and a number of US firm start-ups in London. He has also been involved in international lateral hiring, particularly in the Middle East and New York.
